Ahead of the BTS star’s military enlistment, Park Hyung-Sik revealed he and V sat down and drank together.

BTS band members, including V, Jungkook, Jimin, and RM, are gearing up to fulfill their mandatory military service in South Korea. This move will see them join their fellow bandmates Jin, J-Hope, and Suga in completing their military duties. Notably, during a recent fan meeting as part of ZE: A’s Park Hyung-Sik’s Asia Tour ‘SIKcret Time’ at YS24 Live Hall in Seoul, fans were treated to an unexpected surprise.

At the event, Park Hyung-Sik and Park Seo-Joon, members of the Wooga Squad and friends of BTS V, made surprise guest appearances. The Wooga Squad, comprised of BTS’s V, Park Seo Joon, Park Hyung Sik, Choi Woo Shik, and Peakboy, is a close-knit friend group. During the meet-up, Park Hyung-Sik took the opportunity to convey a special message about V. He shared that V is on the verge of beginning his military service, and they recently met.

“A little while ago, a few days ago, there’s a friend who will be going to the military soon now, and I thought I should see him before he goes, and we drank quite a bit,” he said, as reported by Koreaboo. ARMY couldn’t get over V and Park Hyung-Sik’s unbreakable bond. Social media platforms are flooded with their heartwarming moments.

BigHit Music, the management company for K-pop sensation BTS, has officially announced that members Jungkook, RM, Jimin, and V will soon commence their mandatory military enlistment process. The formal declaration indicates that they are expected to embark on their military service journey, with the commencement likely scheduled for December.

“We would like to inform our fans that RM, Jimin, V, and Jung Kook have initiated the military enlistment process. We ask you for your continued love and support,” label Big Hit Music said in a statement.

Previously, speaking of his relationship with the squad, Park Hyung-Sik had earlier expressed how close he is to each member of the group. He told India Today, “They are my true friends. They are the ones I turn to not only in difficulties, but also in times of laughter and tears all together.”

V joined the group after forming close bonds with some members during his acting debut in the K-drama Hwarang: The Poet Warrior. Since then, the members have maintained strong connections and frequently share their moments on social media. They even have a reality series titled In the Soop: Friendcation.
