Katrina Kaif is gearing up for her next release Merry Christmas co-starring Vijay Sethupathi. The crime thriller is releasing on January 12 and the makers are already in full swing for the promotions. Recently, the lead actors were seen in Delhi for the promotion. And today Katrina Kaif took to her social handle to share looks from the promotion. And it immediately sparked her pregnancy rumours. Fans were quick enough to comment.
Taking to her Instagram handle, Katrina shared the photo with the caption, “A day in दिल्ली #merrychristmas #jan12.” In the photos, we can see Katrina wearing a black colour polka dot dress with her hair open. Her makeup game is also on point as she opted for minimalistic. Many called her gorgeous followed with heart emojis. While some even mentioned that she is pregnant. One of the fans wrote, “Why you wear polka dots and confuse us?!” Another wrote, “Polka dots”. “Lagta hai good news aane wala hai,” one comment read. “Polka dot dress, finally! #iykyk,” a fan wrote. “Badhai ho sabko,khush khabri ane wali h… jald hi,” another comment.

Earlier to Katrina, many actresses were spotted wearing polka dress during their pregnancy time. Like Anushka Sharma opted for a polka dot short dress when she announced her first pregnancy.
Talking about Merry Christmas, the trailer begins with a montage of various clips. On Christmas Eve, Katrina encounters Vijay Sethupathi and playfully questions whether he is single or if he discreetly removed his wedding ring upon seeing her. Soon, they head to her residence, and events take an unexpected turn. She requests him to stay, hinting that appearances can be deceiving. The narrative unfolds over the course of one night in what looks like an intriguing and suspenseful dark thriller.
The release schedule for Merry Christmas has undergone several changes. Initially planned for December 15, where it would have clashed with Dharma Production’s Yodha starring Siddharth Malhotra, both films later rescheduled to December 8. Subsequently, Yodha was shifted from the December slot to March 15, 2024.
The film also stars Sanjay Kapoor, Vinay Pathak, Pratima Kannan, Tinnu Anand, Radhika Sarathkumar, Shanmugaraja, Kevin Jay Babu, Rajesh Williams, and Pari. Ashwini Kalsekar and Radhika Apte will also be seen in cameos in the film. Merry Christmas is produced by Ramesh Taurani, Jaya Taurani, Sanjay Routray and Kewal Garg.
