What Selena Gomez Has To Say About Dating John F. Kennedy's Grandson

Singer and actor Selena Gomez is no stranger to dating rumours. The Only Murders in the Building star is routinely linked with celebrities. On April 12, Gomez took it upon herself to shut down the latest rumour about her dating history. Recently, a fan page speculated that she was in a secret relationship with none other than former US President John F. Kennedy’s only grandson, John Schlossberg. Gomez commented on a post that said that Gomez secretly dated Schlossberg from 2020 to 2021. She simply wrote, “Never met this human sorry”. Her comment got over 700 likes so far.

John Schlossberg is the son of Caroline Kennedy, the daughter of John F. Kennedy and former first lady Jacqueline Kennedy. His father is an American designer and author Edwin Schlossberg. John Schlossberg is a lawyer and has never been spotted with Selena so it is strange to link the two at all.

Since December 2023, Gomez has been dating songwriter and record producer Benny Blanco. The two have been very public with their love for each other be it via attending events together or putting each other on their social media.

On March 8, Gomez shared a casserole of photos and videos with Blanco on his 36th birthday. In a love-filled caption, Gomez wrote, “Happy birthday baby! Your emotional endurance, positive disposition, unbelievable talent (that blows me away), undeniable humor and loving, kind heart absolutely kill me. I love you benny blanco.”

A source recently told People Magazine, that Gomez and Blanco have a steady and serious relationship despite the short-term distance between them as Blanco works in Los Angeles, while Gomez is busy shooting the fourth season of Only Murders in the Building in New York. The insider told People Magazine, “Benny makes her feel special and they try to see each other as much as possible. She really does feel like it’s the best she’s ever been treated by a guy, and she’s had a certain glow since they started dating.”

Before dating Blanco, Gomez was linked with singer Zayn Malik. In March 2023, Malik and Gomez were seen going on dinner dates. A source told Entertainment Tonight, “Selena and Zayn went out in SoHo in New York City last night at around 10:30 P.M. They walked in holding hands and were kissing.” However, two months later in June, Gomez and Malik both unfollowed each other on Instagram, signalling their break-up. They have not been spotted together since then.
