Troll, the new song from Upendra Rao’s UI movie, has gone viral online ever since it was released. The song featuring Reeshma Nanaiah was over the moon after seeing the audience’s reception and reaction. Her performance in the song has been appreciated and everyone is showering the song with much love. Just like the name of the song, it is also being trolled online. In a recent interview, she revealed the use of real garbage to shoot.

While watching the song Troll, you may have noticed a few scenes where people are standing on a pile of garbage. Now, Reesham Nanaiah, in an interview with News18, shared some insights regarding the shooting experience. She said that the garbage was not made up and was real and stinky.

She shared that nobody knows what is going on inside Upendra Rao’s head. Nobody can catch a hint. However, Reeshma Nanaiah had a fun experience working with him and was filled with enthusiasm. She shared that the now-viral song holds great significance as it carries a meaningful message by delving into the world of trolls.

In the interview, she said that if one takes a look at the song they will notice garbage and people standing on it. She clarified that it was all real garbage. The actress revealed that the director brought a lorry full of real garbage to the set to make it realistic. She had to work in the garbage for three to four days in that stink.

Reesham Nanaiah added that the song has a deep and meaningful message and sheds light on an important matter. Every line in the song carries a meaning. It can either be thought of as a message or a song trying to make a statement.

Speaking about being cast in the movie, she said that she was quite surprised and happy to see the results of the song. While she was roped in for the movie, Upendra Rao had specifically asked her to showcase innocence, jovialness and high energy. She further lauded the choreographer Imran Sardhariya for his contribution to the Troll song.

UI is written and directed by Upendra Rao, who also stars in the lead role. It also features Reeshma Nanaiah, Murali Sharma, Sunny Leone, Nidhi Subbaiah, Sadhu Kokila, Murali Krishna and Indrajit Lankesh in supporting roles. It is backed by Lahari Films and Venus Entertainers.
