Rashmika Mandanna has amassed a huge pan-India fan base with her films Pushpa: The Rise-Part 1, Animal and Mission Majnu. Tagged as the National Crush of India, Rashmika is also known for her fabulous sartorial choices. She recently hit the headlines for wearing a beautiful blue Coorgi saree at a friend’s wedding. The saree, paired with a golden blouse, had a combination of star imprints and other designs that made it look appealing. She accessorised her look with rings, earrings and a locket. The 28-year-old actress opted for simple makeup with her pink cheeks, adding to the photo’s allure. She completed the look with a ponytail.
Captioning the picture, Rashmika Mandanna wrote, “Kodagu is where my heart and my history is at…Me and my girls who I grew up with … it’s your wedding and we didn’t get a picture with you as you were busy but here’s me wishing you a lifetime of happiness and good health with your partner.. God!! How I miss home!”. Rashmika posed with her friends for the pictures against the beautiful backdrop of nature and the wedding destination’s venue.
Rashmika’s followers loved the photos and came up with a flurry of comments appreciating the pictures. “You have such a radiant smile, it lights up the whole picture”, wrote one of the users. “Universal crush for a reason”, commented the other.
Rashmika has many much-anticipated projects in her hands including the Pushpa: The Rule – Part 2 directed by Sukumar. Starring Fahadh Faasil, Allu Arjun and others in important roles, this film will mark the conclusion to the Pushpa: The Rise-Part 1. Rashmika will reprise her role as Srivalli in this sequel. Pushpa: The Rule – Part 2 is currently in production and is expected to hit the cinema halls on December 6, 2024.
In a recent interview, Rashmika Mandanna opened up about the evolution of her character from the first part of Pushpa to now. According to Rashmika, she didn’t know much about her character in the first part. She has adapted to the character’s nuances in the sequel.
