After the huge success of Animal, fans are excited for its sequel, Animal Park. However, director Sandeep Reddy Vanga shared during an award show in Mumbai that shooting for the sequel won’t start until 2026. Meanwhile, Ranbir Kapoor has undergone a massive transformation for his role in Ramayana. Ranbir is all set to play Lord Ram in Nitesh Tiwari’s directorial. While the actor has been sporting a leaner look in recent weeks, a new video also revealed that Ranbir has undergone vigorous training to ensure he looks the part. On Sunday morning, Ranbir was spotted out and about sporting a clean-shaven look. Keeping him company was BFF, director Ayan Mukerji.
Ranbir was spotted getting in his car with a cuppa in his hand. He looked smart in a black tee and orange shorts. Ayan Mukerji was in a white tee in the rear seat. Check out the video here:
On the work front, Ayan has since directed three films – Wake Up Sid and Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani and sci-fi movie Brahmastra, starring Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt. He is now gearing up to direct Hrithik Roshan in YRF Spy Universe’s War 2. The film is being shot in Mumbai at the moment and photos from the sets, featuring Jr NTR and Hrithik Roshan, had recently gone viral.
Meanwhile, Ranbir was recently seen undertaking different physical activities to prepare for the role. From intense workout sessions to runs through open grounds, swimming to hiking up the hills, Ranbir is leaving no stone unturned to get in shape of the character. Nitesh Tiwari has started shooting for Ramayana and recently the first set of videos surfaced on social media. Actress Akruti Singh took to her Instagram stories and shared a video from the film’s grand Ayodhya set in Mumbai.
