An old video has surfaced online showing Ranbir Kapoor losing his cool at Katrina Kaif. The actors, who were seemingly promoting their film Jagga Jasoos at the time, were seen involved in a banter. In the video, shared on Reddit, Ranbir and Katrina were seen seated in a radio room when the RJ asked a question to Ranbir. However, it seemed like Katrina jumped in to answer. Her reaction pissed Ranbir off.
“Katrina, shut up now, let me answer my question,” Ranbir said. Katrina looked at the camera and asked if it was all ready. “Record on hai na, camera on hai na?” she asked. Evidently upset, Ranbir added, “You are interrupting everything.” He complained to the RJ. “Maine kuch kaha? Main chup chap baita tha. I want freedom and space to answer my questions.”

The video has drawn strong reactions. “How they didn’t kill each other while shooting this movie is beyond my understanding,” a Reddit user shared. “ALL the promotion interviews of this film are GOLD. Both of them hated each other and couldn’t stand each other. Every interview is cringe pro max!” added another. “The way kat responded indicates that it’s not the first time that happened. It was just on camera this time,” a third user shared.
Ranbir and Katrina dated for a few years but broke up when they wrapped the filming of Jagga Jasoos. Their split appeared to be bitter as they often snapped at each other during the promotional activities in 2017. The film also did not perform well.
TFollowing their split, Katrina and Ranbir went on to date Vicky and Alia, respectively.
While Katrina secretly dated Vicky during the pandemic, Ranbir dated Alia for almost six years. Vicky and Katrina got married in December 2021 whereas Ranbir and Alia got married in April 2022.
