The upcoming Telugu film Game Changer has been making headlines since the project was announced. The film is expected to hit theatres on December 20, 2024. Viewers are patiently waiting for more updates about the project and to watch it on the big screen. The film’s first song, Jaragandi, was released earlier and received immense appreciation from the viewers. Now, the makers have surprised the viewers and have shared the promo video of the second track, titled Raa Macha Macha. The promo video for the song is currently going viral. Filmed with Ram Charan on a lavish scale against multiple set-ups, Raa Macha Macha promises to be an exuberant and energetic dance number. Nakash Aziz is the playback vocalist, while Anantha Sriram wrote the lyrics.
Game Changer marks filmmaker S Shankar’s first collaboration with music director Thaman S, who had earlier composed the chart-topped music for Guntur Kaaram this year. According to sources, Raa Macha Macha would be released in Tamil and Hindi, apart from Telugu. The Tamil version has the same song title, and the Hindi version is titled Dam Tu Dikha Ja.
The promo, which was unveiled one day ago, has till now garnered 2,442,428 views on YouTube. Viewers have shared their excitement in the comment section.
Earlier, talking about the song Raa Macha Macha, director S Shankar said, “Folk dances like Gusadi, Kommu Koya, and Tappeta Gullu from Andhra Pradesh will be showcased through the song. In addition, folk dance genres such as Chhau from West Bengal, Ghumura, Ranappa, Paiki, and Durua from Odisha, and Vokkaliga, Goravara Kunitha, and Hattari from Karnataka will be featured."
“The song feels like a grand celebration. Ram Charan is an exceptional dancer, and choreographer Ganesh Acharya worked hard with this song. Lyricist Anantha Sriram wrote the song superbly. Producers Dil Raju and Sireesh have been very supportive," S Shankar added.
Game Changer is an upcoming Indian Telugu-language political action drama film directed by S. Shankar and produced by Sri Venkateswara Creations. The film’s ensemble cast includes Ram Charan, Anjali, SJ Suryah, Kiara Advani, Srikanth, Jayaram, Sunil, Samuthirakani, and Nassar.
