New song of Meri Pyaari Bindu is here and it will make you go high in love. Titled Afeemi, the song features Parineeti Chopra and Ayushmaan Khurrana as they explore their romantic relationship. The chemistry between the two actors is palpable and the vibe of the song brings a smile on your face.
Sung by Jigar Saraiya & Sanah Moidutty, the song has been written by Kausar Munir. Music director duo Sachin-Jigar has composed the music for the film. One interesting highlight of the song is the presence of popular stand-up comedian Abish Matthew. He would be seen in a guest appearance in the film.
The film follows the story of a free-spirited girl Bindu and her undying love for singing through the eyes of her best friend, the novel writer Abhimanyu Roy. Even though Abhimanyu is irrevocably in love with her, his feelings are often masked by the best friend tag and this seems to add certain layers to both the characters.
Meri Pyaari Bindu is set to release on May 12.
