But a little birdie from the tinseltown says that the actress, who called Karan Johar a flag bearer of nepotism in Bollywood, is all set to feature in KJo's next directorial venture.
Sources close to Dharma Productions have confirmed the news, saying that the venture will go on floors next year, once Johar is back from his paternity break.
Looks like the entire hullabaloo around nepotism was a publicity gimmick set by the two, to establish the plot of the film. According to the source, the film is going to be based on a struggling actress who goes on to become Bollywood's A-lister despite all odds.
The announcement of the film will be done once Kangana wraps up her next venture- Hansal Mehta's Simran and comes back to India. The rest of the cast is yet to be finalised but talks of roping in Ranbir Kapoor is doing the rounds.
Undoubtedly the nepotism debate served as a perfect set up for people in and out of the industry and the media to discuss the two. The entire media fell for gimmick much like you fell for this information.
