Kangana Ranaut Drops Selfie With R.Madhavan At The Reading Session Of Their Film: 'Back With My...'
Kangana Ranaut posed with R.Madhavan as the two reunited for a pan-India film.

Kangana Ranaut has collaborated with R.Madhavan twice, resulting in a successful on-screen partnership in Tanu Weds Manu (2011) and its sequel Tanu Weds Manu Returns (2015). Now the talented duo are working on a pan-India, that is touted to be a psychological thriller film Kangana Ranaut recently shared a selfie with R.Madhavan and expressed her joy for this reunion.

On Monday, Kangana Ranaut took to his Instagram stories and dropped a snap, in which she could be seen smiling ear-to-ear with R.Madhavan holding the camera. She wrote, “Back with my favourite @actormaddy for another stunning script.” The actress also shared a picture from the script reading session. She captioned it, “What a fabulous team @tridentartoffi.”

For the unversed, Kangana Ranaut announced the film last year through her X(formerly Twitter) handle. She wrote,”Today in Chennai we started filming our new film, a psychological thriller. Other details coming soon. For now need all your support and blessings for this very unusual and exciting script.”

Helmed by Vijay who had also directed Kangana in Thalaivii, Kangana had shared, “Dear Vijay sir after the incredible experience of Thalaivii happy to be basking in your glory again I love to be your team and take your commands. Thank you sir.”

Meanwhile, R.Madhavan had praised Kangana Ranaut in an interview with Rohan Dua from last year, “Working with the likes of Kangana or Shalini or all the strong women that I had the good fortune to work with, they were all women with opinion. They are not pushovers. They are not the cliché heroines, who come in and dance in a couple of movies and get slapped by the man and walk away. These are not the kind of films I have ever done or want to do in my life. People who indulge in those kind of stories are really foolish in today’s world. But to recognise the strength that they bring on to the screen because of their personal achievements as well as their experience and their ability to act is very important. I am giving Kangana the due credit for it, it is extremely smart and important for all of us. She is really an extraordinary actor who brings so much to the roles that she does. And look at what she is doing today across all genres of films, I am quite in awe.”
