After wrapping up shooting for hardcore action sequences for her upcoming film Maharagni: Queen of Queens, Kajol took some time off to meet her family and friends. On Wednesday, the actress was papped outside a restaurant in Mumbai along with her pals. Several pictures and videos of the DDLJ actress went viral. In one such video, shared by a popular paparazzo, Kajol could be seen making her way out of the restaurant and sitting inside her car.
Keeping it casual, the diva wore a blue floral knee-length dress that she paired with black slippers and blue sunglasses. She tied her curly tresses in half up, half down style and opted for a no-makeup look. Her million-dollar smile was enough to grab the attention of her fans.
Soon after the video was dropped online, Kajol’s die-hard admirers flooded the comment section with words of appreciation for the actress. An Instagram user wrote, “My beautiful woman with a wonderful smile and laugh, those around you are lucky.” Another user said, “So beautiful Kajol.” One of them noted, “Natural beauty.”
On the work front, Kajol has recently wrapped up major stunt scenes for Maharagni. Helmed by Charan Tej Uppalapati, the film also stars South actress Samyukhta Menon, who will be making her Bollywood debut with the film. Maharagi also has Prabhu Deva, Naseeruddin Shah, Jeeshu Sengupta and Aditya Seal in pivotal roles.
Billed as a high-budget pan-India action-thriller, Maharagni will be released in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam languages. However, the official release date of the film is yet to be revealed. The makers of Maharagni unveiled the first glimpse of the film earlier in May, which featured Kajol in a never-seen-before action avatar.
Apart from this, Kajol has an enticing lineup of projects in her kitty. She will be next seen sharing the screen space with Kriti Sanon in the upcoming thriller film Do Patti. Directed by Shashanka Chaturvedi, the film marks Kajol and Kriti’s second collaboration after Dilwale. Adding to her diverse repertoire, there’s Karan Johar’s Sarzameen co-starring Ibrahim Ali Khan and Prithviraj Sukumaran, and a horror film titled Maa is currently in the works.
