Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan spent time with his ex-wife Sussanne Khan as he joined her for an intimate dinner outing in Mumbai on Tuesday. Sussanne’s parents, brother Zayed Khan and boyfriend Arslan Goni were also present at the private dinner. However, Hrithik’s girlfriend, actress-singer Saba Azad, was missing.
In a video, shared by Manav Manglani, Hrithik was seen in a good mood as he stepped out of the restaurant after the dinner. Zayed was also seen goofing around with Hrithik, however, he hid his face as soon as he spotted the paps outside. In another video, Arslan was seen chatting with Sussanne outside the restaurant. They later went back home together in the same car.
Hrithik Roshan was previously married to Sussanne Khan. They have two kids together, Hrehaan and Hridhaan. The former couple separated after nearly 14 years of marriage and continues to co-parent their kids harmoniously. Even Zarine Khan, Sussanne’s mother, feels that Hrithik is still like a son to her. She recently mentioned how Hrithik and Sussanne share a special friendship with each other.
Speaking to ETimes, she said, “Duggu (Hrithik Roshan) continues to be my son and he is a wonderful human being. He and Sussanne may not be together, but they love each other as best friends. Together, they inculcate great qualities in their children. They respect each other and maintain a very healthy equation. I am glad that they have maintained dignity and respect for each other.”
Hrithik Roshan and Sussanne Khan, who got married back in December 2000, officially divorced in November 2014. Despite their split, they have maintained a cordial relationship, often coming together for family gatherings. From family holidays to enjoying brunches and films together, they are often seen spending time together. In fact, during the COVID-19 pandemic, Sussanne temporarily moved in with Hrithik to take care of the kids.
