Fahadh Faasil Joins Hands With Drishyam Director Jeethu Joseph For His Next

It stars Fahadh Faasil in the lead role, where he donned the character of a gangster. Now, he is all set to collaborate with director Jeethu Joseph, who helmed the famous Malayalam film franchise, Drishyam and Drishyam 2, featuring Mohanlal. The movie will be written by Santhi Mayadevi, who wrote Thalapathy Vijay-starrer Leo and Drishyam 2. The official announcement was made yesterday, on May 16. The film will be produced by E4 Entertainment. The production house shared a group picture of Fahadh Faasil, Santhi Mayadevi and Jeethu Joseph. Fahadh Faasil was seen wearing a navy blue T-shirt and blue jeans. They were seen standing together, holding each other. The fans are excited about the collaboration of Jeethu Joseph and Fahadh Faasil. The post has gone viral now.

Jeethu Joseph’s last directorial was Neru. It featured Mohanlal in the lead role. It became the second highest-grossing Malayalam film of 2023. The critics also describe it as the commercial comeback of the actor Mohanlal. This courtroom drama revolves around the rape case of a blind girl. The struggle to find the accused and provide justice to the blind girl forms the major crux of the film. This film was also written by Santhi Mayadevi. Jeethu Joseph is currently busy with Mohanlal’s Ram. This action thriller reportedly carries a budget of Rs 140 crore.

Fahadh Faasil has several high-anticipated movies in his pipeline. The sequel of Pushpa is next in the line. He will also be playing a prominent role in Rajinikanth starrer Vettaiyan. It is written and directed by TJ Gnanavel. The music is composed by Anirudh Ravichander. It is produced by Lyca Productions.
