Veteran actor Dharmendra is quite active on social media and often drops pictures of himself online. However, on Thursday night, Dharmendra left everyone worried with his latest post. He took to his Instagram handle and shared a sad picture along with a cryptic note which talked about “blunders”. “Blindl faith, on sweet attitude sometime is a blunder ,” he wrote.
Soon after the picture was shared, Dharmendra’s fans rushed to the comments section to express concern and ask if everything was okay with the actor. “Aisa photo insta pe dekh ke bohut chinta aa raha hai,” one of the fans wrote. “Kya hua paji?” asked another. “Sar kya Ho Gaya aap aise mat baitha kijiye aapka utha hua hi sar achcha lagta hai we love you Dharm ji❤️❤️❤️,” a third comment read. Another fan tried to cheer the actor and wrote, “Always with you Paaji! ❤️ you’ve come a long way and have experienced so many kind of people and scenarios and all of it shows through the wisdom you share with us.”
The Deols are renowned for their unabashed exhibition of emotions and have consistently maintained a candid approach in expressing themselves to both their loyal fan base and the media. Recently, Dharmendra’s son Bobby Deol also opened up about his family’s emotional depth while speaking to the Times of India when he said, “I think my whole family is extremely emotional. All Deol men cry. We are not embarrassed about it. It is an emotion that is just there. I think everybody cries, it’s just that most don’t talk about it. The Deols are emotional people, and we are happy to be that way.”
Meanwhile, on the work front, Dharmendra was recently seen in Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya. The film starred Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon in the lead with Dharmendra playing the former’s grandfather. Before Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya, Dharmendra received a lot of praise for his performance in Karan Johar’s Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahani alongside Jaya Bachchan and Shabana Azmi. The film featured Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt in the lead and Dharmendra played Ranveer’s grandfather. The actor will now soon be seen in Ikkis with Amitabh Bachchan’s grandson, Agastya Nanda.
