Dhanush to sponsor the entire education of 'Kaaka Muttai' child actors
The film revolves around the adventures of two street urchins for their first bite of pizza.

Chennai: Fox Star Studios, the makers of Tamil drama 'Kaaka Muttai' along with the presenters of the film Wunderbar Films and Grass Root Film Company, are associating with a charitable non-profitable organisation called Bhumi for the well-being of child actors Ramesh and Vignesh.

"The Chennai-based NGO will be entrusted with a substantial sum of money towards the food, education and additional needs of the two child actors. Bhumi will be entrusted with the responsibility of handling the money for the monthly expenses as well as monitoring the progress of the kids till they turn 21.

"At 21, the entire sum of money will be handed over to the kids for their future needs," read a statement from Fox Star Studios.

Dhanush and Vetrimaaran, the presenters of the movie, have already announced that they will be sponsoring the entire education of the children till whenever they want to study.

"We are really proud and happy that we could ensure that the boys Vignesh and Ramesh's involvement in 'Kaaka Muttai' could be of lasting benefit to them. Financial resources have been made available along with their education needs until they are 21," Vijay Singh, CEO, Fox Star Studios, said.

The film, about the adventures of two street urchins for their first bite of pizza, has turned out to be one of the most profitable Tamil films of the year.
