In January this year, Ira Khan got married to her longtime boyfriend, Nupur Shikhare, in Udaipur. Their grand celebrations spanned five days, including various pre-wedding ceremonies. Prior to that, the couple registered their marriage in Mumbai. Apart from Aamir Khan, his ex-wives Reena Dutta, Kiran Rao, Azad and many others took part in the wedding.

Later, Aamir Khan also hosted a wedding reception in Mumbai for friends and colleagues from the industry. Stars like Jaya Bachchan, Anil Kapoor, Dharmendra, Hema Malini, Sonali Bendre, Esha Deol and others attended the reception party at the NMACC.
