Arjun Kapoor, Parineeti Chopra Roped In For Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar

Five years back, actors Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra made their Bollywood debut with Ishaqzaade. The popular jodi will soon return for another film Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar which has been directed by Dibakar Banerjee.

Referred to as a dramatic thriller, the film revolves around the couple that represent two different aspects of India.

“Two more unlikely protagonists in one film are unimaginable. They are united in one thing only. Their mistrust, suspicion, and hatred for each other,” a source has been quoted as saying by DNA.

The film's plot looks interesting because it is relatable.

Director Dibakar - while speaking to the daily - said, “This feels like my first film, again. I’ve had to unlearn everything I know to tell this story about a man and a woman who can’t stand each other, but can’t survive without each other.”

Arjun who is evidenty excited about his next, called Parineeti his most amazing co-star.

“It feels great to be back home at YRF working with Adi Sir and Parineeti, my most amazing and first ever co- actor. Dibakar Banerjee is one of the torchbearers of evolving new age cinema that engages and entertains. I can’t wait to work under his tutelage and vision. Main Dibakar aur Parineeti ke saath faraar hone ke liye fully tayyar and excited hoon,” he has been quoted as saying.
