Alia Bhatt is back from attending the grand pre-wedding festivities of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant in Jamnagar over the weekend with hubby Ranbir Kapoor and daughter Raha. And she’s already out and about attending events in Mumbai. On Tuesday evening, she attended the Gucci store opening at Mumbai’s BKC. Interestingly, last year, the actress was named the first Indian Global Ambassador by the Italian fashion house Gucci. She has since taken on the role of one of the luxury brand’s international faces shortly after making her eagerly awaited and successful debut at the Met Gala in 2023.
For the special event, Alia slipped into a blue, décolletage pantsuit. She accessorised the look with a chunky, chained neckpiece and a Gucci bag. She styled her hair in textured waves. Alia’s Jigra co-star Vedang Raina was also spotted at the do. He looked sharp in a white shirt and black trousers.
In fact, last week, Alia Bhatt took to her Instagram handle and shared some candid pictures post wrap, also featuring Vedang. In the photos, the duo can be seen laughing and posing together with the cityscape and riverfront in the backdrop, during the din of dusk. In one picture, Vedang can also be seen hiding his face. Alia Bhatt penned the caption, “jigra oh… abki teri baari ho @vedangraina & that’s a film wrap on #JIGRA @vasanbala @swapsagram See you soon… 27th September 2024 at a cinema near you.”
Recently, a video of Vedang with rumoured girlfriend Khushi Kapoor went viral. In the video, Vedang looked dapper in a black suit. He was seen seated beside Khushi. Both looked like they were thoroughly enjoying the pre-wedding festivities, which featured performances by top celebrities such as Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan and Aamir Khan. Khushi and Vedang have not made their relationship official but are often seen together at parties.
