Shraddha Das is known for her performances in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi and Bengali films. Apart from her outstanding acting skills and fashion quotient, she is also a fitness enthusiast, and this is quite evident from her Instagram handle. Recently, the actress shared a couple of photos from her workout session which are currently going viral.
In the pictures, Shraddha Das is seen wearing a nude sports bra, which she teamed with a sleeveless white t-shirt and black short tights. She tied her hair in a high-rise ponytail to complete her workout look.
In the photographs, she is seen practising aerial yoga. In the first snap, she is seen doing a normal namaskar while standing on one leg and folding the other one. In the next one, she is seen doing namaskar in the aerial format by rotating the body upside down. Sharing the photos, the actress wrote a funny caption that read, “Namaste both ways.”

Well, this is not the first time; earlier, Shraddha shared glimpses from her workout session. Last year, she shared a clip while she was working out in the gym. In the video, she is seen wearing a black sports bra, which she teamed with green joggers. She tied her hair in a half bun and went for no makeup except a kajal and tinted lip balm. While she completed her look with a pair of black sneakers, In the video, she is seen doing planks, pushups, pilates and biceps, to name a few. Take a look at the video:

Shraddha made her acting debut in 2008 with the Telugu film Siddu from Srikakulam. Since then, she has never looked back. She was recently seen in the Telugu romantic thriller film Nireekshana. The movie was directed by Vamsi Krishna Malla and also featured Sai Ronak, Ena Saha and Ramesh Choudary.
