Raj Shinde owns two juice shops in Pune. His dad runs one, and Raj manages the other along with some workers. When Raj’s sister’s husband visited the juice shop, he tried the apple milkshake at Raj’s shop. He found the taste delicious and opened an apple milkshake branch in Kolhapur with the help of Raj.

Raj sells two kinds of shakes at his juice shop: the apple shake and the apple milkshake. But among the two, apple milkshake is people’s favourite. One is mixed in a blender with milk, while the other has grated apple added to the milkshake. He shared how making an apple shake is simple and getting the right amount is important for a delectable drink.

First, mix enough sugar with milk and some extra ingredients for flavour. Then, take the peel off the apple and grate it into the milk. Use one apple for every litre of milk you have. This apple milkshake is special because it’s served without any ice. Adding ice to drinks can be unhealthy. This is the reason Raj keeps the apple milkshake bowl in the icebox.

At Raj’s Juice Center, you can find a variety of fresh juices like pineapple, lemon, orange, pomegranate, Kalinga, and more. They also offer shakes made from mango, chikku and apple.
