UPSC NDA, NA II Exam 2018 Notification Released; 383 Posts, Apply Before 2nd July 2018, Exam on 9th September 2018

UPSC NDA NA II Exam 2018 notification has been released today by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on its official website – upsc.gov.in; as per which, UPSC will organize the UPSC NDA NA II Exam 2018 on 9^th September 2018 for admissions to the 142^nd course in Indian Army, Navy and Air Force wings of the NDA, and the 104^th Indian Naval Academy Course (INAC) commencing from 2^nd July 2019. Only unmarried male candidates are eligible to apply for the exam.

The application process has begun for the same and interested candidates must apply on or before 2^nd July 2018, 6PM next month.  Interested candidates can follow the instructions below and start applying online from today:

How to apply for UPSC NDA NA II Exam 2018?

Step 1 – Visit the official website - http://www.upsc.gov.in

Step 2 – Under ‘What’s New’ click on ‘Exam Notification, National Defence Academy (NDA) and Naval Academy (NA) Examination (II), 2018’

Step 3 – Download the pdf document to understand the terms and conditions and other details of the exam and ascertain your eligibility

Step 4 – Now visit upsconline.nic.in

Step 5 – Click on ‘ONLINE APPLICATION FOR VARIOUS EXAMINATIONS OF UPSC’

Step 6 – Click on ‘Part I’ of the application form and follow the instructions and submit

Step 7 – Click on ‘PartII’ and complete the application process

Step 8 – Download the confirmation page and take a printout for further reference

Application Fee:

Applicants need to pay an application fee of Rs.100/-

SC/ST candidates/Sons of JCOs/NCOs/ORs specified in Note 2 of the official advertisement are exempted from paying the application fee.

Naval Academy (10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme) - 44

Eligibility Criteria:

The applicant must be an Indian national or a subject of Bhutan or Nepal, Tibetan refugee residing in India before January 1, 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India.

Interested candidates must refer to the official advertisement given above to ascertain their eligibility before applying as the educational requirement and physical standards differ to Army, Air Force and Naval Wings.

Age Limit:

The applicant must be born between January 2, 2000 and January 1, 2003.

Selection Process:

Candidates will be selected on the basis of a Written Examination by UPSC followed by Intelligence and Personality Test by the Services Selection Board (SSB).
