BANGALORE: A 30-year-old man allegedly committed suicide by throwing himself before a moving passenger train at Malleswaram on Monday morning.The deceased has been identified as Gundappa, a resident of Basaveshwaranagar. The incident took place around 9.30 am. He was depressed in life and suffering from an illness, which forced him to take the extreme step, police said.In a similar incident, a 28-year-old man allegedly committed suicide by throwing himself before a moving train at NICE Road bridge in Kengeri railway station limits on Sunday night.The incident came to light on Monday morning when a passerby, found the body near the railway track and informed the police. The deceased has been identified as Puneeth, a resident of Doddabasthi.The incident took place around 8 pm on Sunday. Puneeth took this extreme step because he was dejected in life. He was a daily wage employee in a cement factory and was staying with his family in Dodaabasthi, police said.
