Three pilot projects will be introduced in Uttarakhand to develop market driven service delivery system in the state. The decision was taken at a meeting held with the member of Competition Commission of India Anura Goyal, an official release said in Dehradun on Thursday.

A steering committee under Chief Secretary Subhash Kumar and the secretaries of related departments will be made to implement the pilot projects.

A meeting of the steering committee will be held in the last week of July in this regard, it said . This system will be implemented in redevelopment work of urban development projects and health services after the disaster, the release said.

The Uttarakhand administrative academy Nainital will be appointed as the knowledge center and LBS Academy Mussoorie as well as IIM Kashipur will be made knowledge partners, it said.
