Three more alleged members of terror outfit Indian Mujahideen (IM) were arrested from Rajasthan's Jodhpur on Tuesday, police said.

The trio, identified as Barqat Ali (30), Mohammed Javed (28) and Mohammed Iqbal (32) were involved in arranging explosives for the terror outfit, Jodhpur's Commissioner of Police Sachin Mittal told media persons.

A total of five suspected IM terrorists have been held from Jodhpur, 330 km from Jaipur, since Saturday. Four others including one of IM's most wanted terrorist Waqas and three engineering students had been held in Jaipur and Ajmer Saturday.

A police officer said that Barqat Ali was an active IM member and had arranged the explosives for the terror outfit, while Javed and Iqbal arranged logistics for him.

"The arrests have exposed an IM module developing in the state's western regions. (Their) Interrogation is going on," said the officer.

Some locals pelted stones at a police team when it went to arrest Javed.

"Two policemen were injured. A separate case has been registered in this regard," said the officer.
