Subhash Chand to mediate

KOCHI: The Kerala State Legal Services Authority (KELSA) has appointed Advocate Subhash Chand as mediator to settle the disputes between the investors and the directors of the Apple-a-Day properties.Justice C N Ramachandran Nair made the appointment when a batch of complaints filed by the investors came up before the judge. The allegation is that the company had cheated so many investors by taking money in advance for the project.  Subhash Chand will start the mediation from  Saturday.
