After a series of deaths due to dengue in the national capital, a six-year-old girl has now succumbed to the disease in Hyderabad. The parents of the child have alleged that the girl was not given proper treatment, which led to her death.
The girl was initially admitted to a government hospital two days. However, the parents were not satisfied with the treatment being given at the government hospital.
Therefore, they decided to shift the child to a private hospital as there was no improvement in her condition. The six-year-old succumbed to the disease at the private hospital.
This came a day after the death of a five-year-old boy after he was denied admission by five hospitals in Delhi. There have been 11 dengue-related deaths in the national capital as of now.
