The BJP, on Saturday, warned of disciplinary action against its rebel candidates who revolted after being denied tickets for Rajasthan Assembly polls.
"Anyone contesting polls against the official candidate will be expelled for six years with disciplinary action," said Kaptan Singh Solanki, party in-charge and senior leader.
He said the selection was made through a well-laid process and many factors, including winability and popularity, were taken into consideration.
Assembly polls in five states, including Rajasthan, are a semifinal and they will decide the future of party at national level, Solanki said.
He claimed that Vasundhara Raje will become next Chief Minister of Rajasthan whereas Narendra Modi will lead next government at the Centre.
As per valid nominations, there are as many as 19 rebels from BJP while 13 are from Congress.
