Public stage road block seeking water

VELLORE: Residents of Kandhili near Tiruppattur held a road roko on Sunday, demanding the supply of drinking water for the area. Over 100 families reside at Kulichal village near Kandhili. Following unscheduled power cuts, the local administration could not supply water properly. Local said after repeated submission of petitions seeking water supply when the issue was not solved, the staged the protest.
