New Delhi: Lots of speculations have been doing the rounds lately about who the female leads 'Race 2' are going to be and Priyanka Chopra has perhaps landed the role.
As the news goes – Sonakshi Sinha has been finalised for one of the roles. For the other role however – the possibilities and names of potential actors is being tossed around for quite sometime.
Rumours had it that Deepika Padukone was finalised at the second female lead but sources say that she has been replaced.
Deepika apparently has too many films on the cards already and she has already signed the dotted line for Ayan Mukherjee's film with Ranbir Kapoor. Ayan Mukherjee’s film will hit the sets around the same time as ‘Race 2’.
However, now if sources are to be believed then Priyanka Chopra has landed the role Deepika lost out on. Priyanka has apparently shown ample interest in the project when she was approached.
After 'Barfee' Priyanka Chopra is busy with her music album and the sources say that confirmations will take place once she returns from the US. John Abraham is also a part of the production.
