Pandu Pahan alias Cherenga turned in before Superintendent of Police Anis Gupta with a rifle and two bullets, the police officer said here.
Pahan was given Rs 50,000 cash as per the state surrender policy, he said.
He faced cases of murder, extortion and abduction, the SP said.
Pahan is the second ultra of the banned outfit to surrender within a week.
On July 23, Panda Munda alias Ravi Pahan had surrendered before Chief Secretary Sajal Chakraborty and Director General of Police Rajeev Kumar in Khunti.
