PFI moves High court

KOCHI: The Popular Front of India (PFI) has filed an appeal before the Kerala High Court challenging the recent Single Judge’s order declining permission to conduct ‘Freedom Parade’ in four districts.The petitioner, PFI general secretary Abdul Hameed, alleged that the Single Judge’s order  was based only on the police report from the Kozhikode, Malappuram, Thrissur and Kollam and further contended that the order was issued without affording the appellant an opportunity to be heard.
