KOCHI: The High Court on Tuesday dismissed a petition challenging the election of Koliakode N Krishnan Nair of CPM from Vamanapuram constituency to the Assembly. The petition was filed by C Mohanachandran of the UDF, who had lost to Krishnan Nair.The court observed that the petitioner was unable to show any provision of the concerned act or rules.
