Pakistan ready to discuss terror as agreed in Ufa, separate talks on Kashmir: Sources
If NSA talks go well then Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his Pakistani counterpart Nawaz Sharif could meet in New York, the sources said.

New Delhi: Pakistan on Tuesday said it is ready to discuss terror as agreed in Ufa and separate talks on Kashmir will also be held during National Security Advisor (NSA) level talks with India, sources said.

According to the sources, if NSA talks go well then Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his Pakistani counterpart Nawaz Sharif could meet in New York.

Earlier, CNN-IBN had accessed exclusive details of the divide within the Pakistani establishment over NSA-level talks.

According to sources in Pakistan, the country's Army had expressed fears that terror would be the top agenda at the meet.

While the Army fears that India will provide proof of Pakistan's role in Gurdaspur and Udhampur terror attacks, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif's regime is finding it tough to convince their all powerful Army.

Meanwhile, sources in the Ministry of External Affairs in India confirmed that New Delhi had proposed August 23-24 for NSA-level talks but there has been no response from Islamabad.
