New Delhi: The Pakistan High Commission has requested the External Affairs Ministry in a noted dated September 7, 2015 to convey the date of repatriation of Ghulam Hussain Thero, the 13-year-old Pakistani boy who has been detained in a jail in India.
The commission has urged the MEA to convey the date of repatriation of Ghulam Hussain so that necessary arrangements may be firmed up accordingly.
Hussain was detained almost a year back along with a group of Pakistani fishermen. He was lodged in a juvenile observation home in Jamnagar in Gujarat.
Hussain, son of Jumman Thero, who was repatriated in July, is still waiting to go back home to his family, as his verification could not be carried out.
