Pak: Voters form long queues outside polling stations

Islamabad: Queues formed outside polling stations in Pakistan on Saturday, with voters eager to cast their ballot. Queues started forming before polling stations opened at 8 am. Voting closes at 5 pm (local time).

At a polling station in Islamabad, over 200 people waited to vote. "We want change, we are really fed up with old faces coming back to power every time and doing nothing for the nation," a news channel quoted Abdul Sattar, 74, as saying.

In Lahore, voting was going on without any interruptions.
