New V-C assumes charge at Satavahana University

KARIMNAGAR: Prof K Veera Reddy assumed charge as the new Vice-Chancellor (V-C) for Satavahana University here on Sunday.After taking over the charges from in-charge V-C Prof B Venkat Ratnam, he spoke to mediapersons.Veera Reddy said he was happy for being appointed as the V-C of the university in his native district. Reddy hails from Gopalraopet village. He said that he would take steps to ensure that quality education was imparted to students in the university. “I will try to improve the infrastructure, he said.
