On the occasion, Chouhan said that it was a big challenge to develop Madhya Pradesh as the most developed state in the country due to its earlier BIMARU status.
"We accepted this challenge and made efforts day in and day out to develop the state in every sector," he said.
The Chief Minister said people were also involved in the development and added that meetings of various sections of the society were held and policies and schemes were framed as per people's aspirations.
