The Pran Pratishtha of the new Ram Lalla idol took place on Monday at the recently constructed temple in the holy city of Ayodhya in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who actively participated in the ceremonial proceedings. Crafted by the skilled sculptor Arun Yogiraj from Mysuru, the 51-inch-tall idol, portrays the image of a five-year-old Lord Ram.

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath presented the replica of the Ayodhya Ram Temple to PM Modi and RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat. Addressing the guests who arrived to witness the mega-event CM Yogi praised PM Modi and said that this day wouldn’t have been possible without his leadership.
