New Delhi: Lava India is all set to debut its new Iris Pro series on Friday. With the introduction of its Iris Pro series, Lava will launch a new smartphone - Iris Pro 30 - which has a 4.7-inch display, said Hari Om Rai, co-founder and director, Lava. While there is no word on exact pricing yet, but according to our sources, the phone will be priced around Rs 15,000.
"The series is touted to be a landmark launch for Lava. The company has focused a lot on the looks and aesthetics of its newest offering while adding some real muscle under the hood through premium components. The first smartphone (Iris Pro 30) to be launched in this series weighs just 114 grams," said the company in a statement.
The display used for the phone is from Sharp. With the tagline "Art Meets Smart", this Iris Pro handset promises to blend looks with smart hardware and software features like CABC (Content Adaptive backlight control), fully laminated touch panel and Corning Gorilla glass.
