HYDERABAD: Lady Don Farah Khan is likely to be externed from city limits. City police issued a showcause notice on Wednesday on the history-sheeter of Dabeerpura police station, Farah Fathima alias Lady Don. As part of curbing activities of rowdy elements, police have decided to extern anti-social elements involved in criminal activities and during the past few days, 12 history-sheeters were either externed or served show cause notices. Dabeerpura police sent a proposal to extern the Lady Don and police commissioner AK Khan said a showcause notice has been issued. Farah Khan has a long criminal history and involved in settlements and threatening people. She was detained under the Preventive Detention Act earlier and released from prison in September 2003. “After her release, she was involved in seven criminal cases and maintained a gang of anti-socials to commit unlawful acts and create alarm among public by her rowdy activities,” Khan said.
