TIRUNELVELI: Unit-1 at the KKNPP was set for an early start-up, with the activities relating to fuel-loading completed, said S K Jain, CMD, NPCIL. In a release here on Wednesday, Jain said that the hot run for unit-1 was completed in July 2011 and that the unit was getting ready with activities related to fuel loading procedures completed after stage-wise regulatory clearances for its early start up.
