Kattas move Karnataka High Court for bail

BANGALORE: Former minister Katta Subramanya Naidu and his corporator son Katta Jagadish who are now in judicial custody along with Itasca managing director S V Srinivas, moved the High Court seeking bail.The accused have moved the HC challenging the special court order that rejected their bail. Further, they pleaded that they had always attended the inquiry whenever they were asked to report before the investigation authority.The advocate appearing for the accused, moved a memo on Tuesday along with the bail plea seeking early hearing of the matter. However, the court rejected the memo for early hearing and said it would take up the hearing on a regular basis.
