TIRUPATI: YSR Congress leader and former TTD chairman B Karunakar Reddy’s daughter B Neeha Reddy was engaged to YS Sumadhur Reddy, son of YS Ravindra Reddy, brother of YS Rajasekhara Reddy, here on Sunday. The function was held at Urban Haat here in the morning with several leaders of the YSR Congress, including its chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy and his mother YS Vijayamma, attending it. The event provided a perfect place for the YSR clan to come together on a happy occasion. KVP Ramachandra Rao, YSR’s best friend who has been keeping off Jagan for quite some time, was seen sharing some happy moments with Jagan and others. So was YS Vivekananda Reddy, the estranged uncle of Jagan.Apart from MPs, MLAs and MLCs loyal to Jagan, other prominent persons who graced the occasion were Galla Aruna Kumari, Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy, Putalapattu MLA Ravi, Chittoor MLA CK Babu, noted actor M Mohan Babu, Lakshmi Parvati and others. Jagan refused to speak on politics, saying it was a purely private programme. Later in the day, he left for Kurnool to begin his Odarpu Yatra.
