JEE Main 2018 Correction Process has been initiated today by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on the official website - jeemain.nic.in. Candidates who had enrolled for JEE Main 2018 can now edit data in their application forms on the official link. The last date to do the data correction is 22nd January 2018. Candidates need to login with their JEE Main 2018 credentials and correct any information that is incomplete, wrong or missing from their Application form. Besides correction in applicant data, Fresh Images can also be uploaded if there’s any evident issue with the image previously uploaded by the candidates. Candidates must ensure that everything is as per the given guidelines and in the prescribed format to avoid rejections of their Updated Forms.
CBSE will be conducting JEE Mains 2018 Examination on 8th April 2018 in Pen and Paper mode, while the exam in Computer Based Test Mode is scheduled for 15th and 16th April 2018 across the country for candidates seeking admissions to Undergraduate Engineering Programmes in NITs, IITs and other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs). The application process for JEE Main 2018 had on 1st December 2017 and closed on 1st January 2018.

Additional Fee for Applications’ Correction
Candidates would need to pay an additional fee for corrections which can be paid online via credit/debit card or e-wallets or offline via e-challans at Syndicate/Canara/ICICI Banks during the abovementioned timeline.
What Cannot Be Changed Now?
Although candidates can change their information including a photograph, however, they will not be able to change the Mode of Examination from Computer Based Exam to Pen & Paper Based Exam.
Point to Remember
The candidates will be able to make the correction one-time only; therefore he/she must follow the guidelines carefully and update their information.
