HYDERABAD: B. Venkatesham took charge as the commissioner of Information & Public Relations department and managing director of the AP State Film and Television Development Corporation at Samachar Bhavan here on Friday.Addressing officials after assuming charge, he said that the department has the responsibility to disseminate information to the general public regarding various schemes being implemented by the state government.Venkatesham earlier worked as managing director of the AP Health & Medical department, Housing and Infrastructure Development Corporation and also as MD of AP Tourism Development Corporation and collector of Guntur and Medak districts.
