I feel that God is in me: Shihan Hussaini

Spiritual background I am deeply and differently religious. I was astonished to know I am from the bloodline of the Prophet after going through the entire family tree maintained by my family mosque in Khazi Mauholla in Madurai.I have always been convinced that God is everywhere and not just in mosques, temples and churches.Understanding of God I believe God manifests himself in humans, animals, nature and creativity.I have seen God in my father, Dr Hussaini, who personified knowledge.I literally worship my stepmother, who spent her life toiling for us and even gave it up when she thought she was a burden.I feel God’s presence everywhere – in my pet dog’s eyes after he saved me from imminent death in a fire, in my sisters and in me during every record breaking shows of endurance. I have seen God in the diary of sketches I maintain, to my utter shock spring alive into accurate happenings later.Belief in miracles I experienced a miracle when the huge tsunami in 2005 stopped in front of my house in Besant Nagar, in front of the hand of the statue of the Japanese Goddess of Tsunamis, before it raced back. God has sent me several unbelievable signs that I am slowly understanding them.Pilgrimage sites I go to the Shirdi Sai Baba temple in Lodhi road in Delhi when I am looking for peace. I spend hours meditating there without knowing how time flies by.Spiritual status now I am experiencing God in the complete and dramatic cure of a rare and lethal tumour in my blood vessels. “I feel God in every moment in my life.
