KOCHI: The Kerala High Court on Tuesday sought the view of the State Government, on a petition seeking a directive to monitor the investigation of the Paravoor sex scandal by the court.A Division Bench comprising acting Chief Justice C N Ramachandran Nair and Justice P S Gopinathan sought the view of the government while considering the petition filed by Janadhipathya Vanitha Sangatana secretary, Advocate T B Mini. The petitioner submitted that investigation in this case is unduly prolonging.Though many persons have been booked in the case, the investigation has not been completed till date, petitioner said. “The minor victim is kept in isolation and there is nobody to take care of her.The parents are also involved in the case. It is essential to have a guardian for her upbringing at the expense of the State Government”, the petitioner said.
