GHMC meet on school fire safety

HYDERABAD: The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation’s (GHMC)fire prevention wing will hold a final review meeting on the status of safety measures in schools on Saturday and May 30 at 11 am at GHMC head office. Schools of Central, South and East Zones of GHMC will have the meeting on May 28 and schools of North and West zones of GHMC on May 30. Schools not providing the fire safety measures are liable to action under A.P.  Fire Service Act 1999, Fire and Emergency Operation and Levy of Fee Rules 2006 building bye laws.
