A 14-year-old girl was allegedly kidnapped and repeatedly gang raped by five persons at two different places, including in Uttar Pradesh, police said on Sunday.
One of the accused identified as Nazar Khan was arrested while four others are absconding, they said.
Police said the victim was known to Khan who had asked her to meet him at a farm house near Chhattarpur on March 27.
According to police, Khan and his two friends allegedly raped the girl at the farm house and forced her to accompany them to Mauranipur in Uttar Pradesh where two other persons known to them also sexually assaulted her, police said.
Later, they took her to Orchha where they again took turns to rape her in a hotel and dumped her at Orccha bus stand after her condition deteriorated, police said.
The victim somehow managed to get in touch with her relatives who took her to her parents' place at Harpalpur, police said.
After reaching Harpalpur, the victim and her parents approached police following which an FIR was lodged. Khan was subsequently arrested and a hunt is on to trace remaining accused, police said.
